1. The program. The Free Move program lets participating properties and realtor partners offer new residents and clients a professional move with Ameritex Movers, paid for by the partner up to an authorized budget per move.
2. Authorized budget. Each qualifying Free Move must have an authorized budget of at least $685 per move. You set the budget, and you may offer more. Listings that offer less than the minimum cannot be approved. Changes to your budget apply to moves booked after the change.
3. Qualifying moves. A move qualifies when the resident or client signs a lease or closes with your property, and you confirm the move to Ameritex Movers. Free Move bookings are arranged through your property; residents never book or pay the moving company directly for the covered amount.
4. Costs above the budget. Moving costs above the authorized budget are agreed between Ameritex Movers and the resident before moving day. Ameritex Movers explains any difference to the resident in advance.
5. Billing. Moves are billed by invoice to the billing contact you provide, or paid by credit card on the day services are rendered, as chosen in your application. Card details are never collected on afreemove.com.
6. Vendor compliance. If your company requires vendor approval, a certificate of insurance or registration with a compliance platform, Ameritex Movers will work with your vendor compliance contact to complete it before the first Free Move.
7. Advertising your properties. Approved partners can list any number of properties on afreemove.com at no advertising cost while their Free Move offer is active. Listing content must be accurate and comply with the Fair Housing Act.
8. Ending participation. You can end participation at any time by contacting partner support. Moves already confirmed are honored at the budget that applied when they were confirmed.
